If I request a quote, am I obliged to go through with an order?

Our quotes are no-strings. You will not be obliged to purchase anything.

How should I provide my logo?

You can upload your logo at the time of ordering, when requesting a free digital example or after ordering by sending an email to

What kind of file should I provide?

For optimal results, you should provide us with your logo in vector file form with file descriptions such as .EPS, .PSD of PDF (most people use programmes like Photoshop to get these kinds of files).

In the event you have a .JPG, .JPEG, TIF, .PNG file, and you are not able to convert it into a vector file, we can do it for you. This can often be done free-of-charge, but if it is a complex file we will charge a small fee per design. Send your logo to us at and discuss it with one of our team!

Will I receive a print sample for approval?

Yes, we will never proceed until you have been sent a print sample for approval.

What is the delivery time?

The standard time of delivery is 3-4 business days after ordering the unprinted items. Products printed with your logo/image will take around 12-15 business days after approval of the sample to arrive (if in-stock).

What is the status of my order?

You will always receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We will then send an order confirmation and check if your logo is suitable. After this, you will receive a print preview. After you approve everything, you’ll get an email with the delivery date.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or if you haven’t paid, it may be possible to cancel. To do so, get in touch with our customer service.

Can I order a product sample?

You can order a blank sample when you order a product. Samples are always free, unless you do not go through with an order. In that case, you will be charged the cost of the item and € 10,00 for delivery. You may, of course, keep the sample.


Before receiving a physical sample:

We always provide a free digital print sample (impression) for our printed products. This is always without obligation and gives a good impression of what the product will look like. At this point in the process we can use your feedback to help us produce a splendid end result.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Because your product has been made especially for you, it is not possible to return it. If you are not satisfied with your order, get in touch with our customer service and we’ll try to find a solution together.

How can I pay?

Are you new to Impri Verre? Then you pay the total in advance. For existing customers we ask a pre-payment of 50% at the time of ordering and the other 50% should be paid within 14 days of receiving the order. You can pay by: bank transfer; iDeal; MasterCard, Visa or PayPal.
